their personal lifestyle and improve the quality of life.

* Provide a positive alternative to drugs, violence and crime.
* Encourage appreciation, preservation and protection of our
environment and parklands.
* Promote a spirit of cooperation, build self-esteem, motivate healthy
competition and develop lifelong recreational interests among all
program participants.
