Support the Troops

Eatontown Recreation is working in cooperation with Monmouth Regional in the "Support Our Troops Program." Since starting this project in April 2002, over 10,500 lbs. in care packages have been sent to soldiers currently fighting in Operation Enduring Freedom. Each week, care packages are sent overseas so feel free to drop off your donations any time at the MRHS General Office, Monmouth County Library in Shrewsbury, the Eatontown Library, the Tinton Falls Library, or directly to either John Phipps or Tamara White in the MRHS Social Studies Department.

Heavily requested items include: AT&T phone cards, bars of soap, q-tips, sun block spray, kids drawings/letters, baby wipes, chapstick, toilet paper, beef jerky, and more.
